Valentine François
Formed at Saumur's jewelery institute, Valentine François first deployed her know-how in Cartier's high jewellery workshops for six years, where she became familiar with various techniques and a wide range of tools.
Deeply attached to craftsmanship, sensitive to the soul behind jewellery and eager to establish a close relationship with its customers, she chose to create her own workshop: Almarose. She has since deployed the only jewellery she believes in: tailor-made, responsible and sustainable.
His will is to imagine and create the jewel you dream of, respecting the environment and every human being who participates in his making.
His motor is love. The one your coin symbolizes, famous, honors; the one she dedicates to metals and stones; the person with whom it applies its competences every day.
A Jewellery Committed

Recycling gold
Recycled gold has exactly the same properties as gold freshly extracted from a mine, so using it is a rational act. This principle makes it possible not to contribute to mining and therefore to save the energy it requires throughout its production chain (extraction, processing and transport).
We therefore work with recycled gold suppliers and buy old jewelry to upcycle the gold they contain.

EXISTING TRANSFORMER
Beyond our suppliers and the buy-outs of the workshop, the transformation of your jewellery comes under the meaning of ecology.
In the process of creating a custom room we will ask you to take a look at the jewels that are no longer worn in your family or in your surroundings.
An old gold bracelet can be melted and remodeled, while the stone of a ring that drags into a drawer can be recovered.

Crafts
« On the set, under the concentrated glow of a workshop lamp, the gold comes to life thanks to the tools.
The metal folds, melts, hammers with patience, marrying the forms dictated by imagination. The saw slices, the bocfil dances, the torch ignites, revealing in turn the fragility and strength of the elements. In the murmur of polishing, the light shines, and the object becomes jewel.
Every lime stroke, must be effective, straight, while remaining flexible.
We often have to check our ratings, follow our measurements and lines, focus on the axes. The backstage foot is our best friend, just like the well sharpened compass, to keep in the jewel all its harmony.
The mallet strikes the ring on the triboulet to restore its round shape, the hammer marks the metal to collapse, we stamp out shapes to create volume and express our visions through the metal, we cut, we hold the metal thanks to the clamps, to better give it the details desired.
The tempered, sharp steel tools follow the movement dictated by our precise gestures, and then mark the metal to shape it. »

OUR MANIFEST
I like to create jewelry for two reasons. First, for love: that of our loved ones: friend·e·s, partners, children, all our loved ones. Then, for yourself: jewels like personal totems, symbols of independence, identity, transformation. Each piece is designed to mark a moment of life and make it sustainable.
A jewel is like a positive symbol, an anchor. It reminds us of our journey, our strength. A discreet but powerful presence, an object that one looks at in times when everything seems to be flickering.
It is this dimension that I seek to convey in my creations. For me, a ring is not simply an ornament, it is an object bearing meaning, it accompanies us. It is like a reminder, close to our skin, of the beauty of life, of what it has allowed us to cross, to create, to love. What I love in the jewel is that fire. Not so much appearance, even though beauty is part of its magic. But symbolism. Memory. The energy it embodies.
In a world where everything accelerates, where people often consume without thinking, I choose a slower, more conscious approach, even in jewellery. Choosing a jewel is no longer just buying a beautiful object. It's investing in a room that makes sense. Each piece is carefully shaped, far from mass production. I want to encourage more responsible consumption, where we take the time to think about what we are buying, its origin, its impact. At each stage, the metal transforms, and with it, the emotion circulates. He's getting alive. That's why I don't trust perfection. I'm looking for her, of course, in every gesture. But I also know that it is in imperfection, in the very life of metal, that beauty and authenticity are born.
So I choose a reasoned, conscious, committed jewellery. Because a jewel is not just an accessory. It's a fragment of us. It carries our memories, our bonds, our hopes. He deserves to be chosen carefully.
